二．還車

  1 檢查歸還車輛確保與提車是一致

  2 解除預授的車輛押金并再次刷取3000元車輛違章預售押金，如無違章10個工作日后解除預授

三．其他

  1 歸還車輛時，如超時6小時以內（含6小時），按半天計算，6小時以上按全天計算

  2 車輛租賃期間燃油費用由客戶自己負擔，若還車時油量低于取車油量，請按市場當時的油價補齊差價

  3 如減少原定的租車天數，請注意以下事項：

  A 周租/月租及以上產品，已付費用恕不退還

  B 節假日租車，已付費用恕不退還

  C 特價車型，已付費用恕不退還

  4 車輛租賃期間產生的違章罰款由客戶自行負責。天天紅租車在查詢或收到客戶的違章通知后將以短信或電話提醒客戶，客戶在接到提醒后應在15日內自行將違章處理完畢，逾期未消除違章的客戶，需承擔200/天的違約金，如因特殊原因無法自行處理的，請致電天天紅租車咨詢其它處理方式

  5 發生保險事故應首先致電本公司全天救援電話，車輛損失由保險公司定損后再修理;

A 車輛損傷較輕，車輛可以移動的，請將車開至就近的門店完成定損；

B 在交通道路上的碰撞事故，并由交警現場處理、出具交通事故現場認定書，請在還車事提供交警出具的單據原件；

C 單方事故且未經交警裁決，請提供拍攝清晰的事故現場電子版照片；

D 客戶選擇自行修理車輛，請在保險公司定損人員確定事故修理金額后再到天天紅租車指定修理地點修理 ；

E 請在出險之日起15日內，將保險理賠所需事故材料完整提供給天天紅租車，否則視為自動放棄理賠（特大人傷事故可相應延緩15日）。所有材料必須齊全、清晰，否則由此導致的保險公司拒賠，將由客戶自行承擔責任；

F 導致第三方損失的費用，由客戶先行墊付；

G 發生事故后，未經公司允許，請勿擅自維修事故車輛，否則客戶將承擔賠償損失等違約責任，超過保險公司賠償范圍或保險公司不足額理賠的部分，也將由客戶承擔；

H 如在租期內發生車輛盜搶、證照遺失或違法違規租用車輛造成車輛停運，客戶需支付車輛租賃費用，直到公安部門立案，車輛管理部門出具報廢證明之日。
